Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPEG at 300dpi also works. No artwork yet? Our artwork service can help.
Standard orders take 3 to 7 business days. Express takes 1 to 3 business days, and rush orders are turned around in 24 hours. Standard is included in the price. Express adds 20% of your order (at least R350) and rush adds 35% (at least R500). It's charged once per order, however many items it has, and added in your cart. Choose your turnaround under “Job urgency” when you order.
Yes. We check your file and send a proof for approval before anything goes to print.
